The hydraulic lock is a device used to lock the hydraulic circuit, its main function is to prevent the flow of oil in the circuit. The working principle of the hydraulic lock is realized by means of hydraulically controlled check valves, which allow the hydraulic oil to flow in reverse under certain conditions, thus achieving the locking of the hydraulic system.
The specific structure of the hydraulic lock includes the valve seat, steel ball, spring, hydraulic control port, control plunger and other components. When the hydraulic oil overcomes the spring force to push open the steel ball, the oil can flow; When it is necessary to lock the oil flow, the pressure is applied by controlling the oil circuit to push the control plunger forward, and then the steel ball is pushed open, so that the hydraulic oil can flow in reverse, so as to achieve the locked state.
