The thrust rod rubber core is a part installed at both ends of the thrust rod on the chassis bridge of the automobile, mainly used for shock absorption and buffering. It protects the thrust rod and chassis bridge from damage by connecting the shaft to an elastomer such as rubber or polyurethane wrapped on its surface to cushion the impact force during push, pull and torsion pendulum motion.
The thrust rod rubber core is usually made of elastic materials such as rubber or polyurethane, which have good elasticity and wear resistance. The structure generally includes fastening sleeve, rubber pad, connecting shaft, mounting hole, ring plate and torque rubber core shaft and other parts, through the combination of these parts, to achieve shock absorption and buffering.
