Product Description

A leaf spring is usually composed of one or more long arc-shaped spring steel plates with rectangular cross-section, and it is used in the suspension system of wheeled vehicles. In the common configuration, the center of the arc provides the position of the axle, and the two ears formed at the ends of the leaf spring are connected to the vehicle chassis. For very heavy vehicles, a leaf spring can be made by stacking multiple layers of spring plates together, and they usually have gradually shorter plates. Leaf springs can be used for positioning, providing a certain degree of damping and spring function itself. 

Spring levers are usually made of materials such as 65mn, 55Si2Mn, 60Si2MnA, 55SiMnVB, 55SiMnMoV, 60CrMn, 60CrMnB, 301, and 316 etc.
