Raw materials and production process of BMC composite slatted floor
Slatted floor is mainly made of various fiber materials such as unsaturated resin and low shrinkage agent combined with threaded steel bar skeleton. It has the characteristics of high strength, non-absorbent, acid corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, non-sticky feces, easy to clean, no need for crossbeams, light weight and convenient transportation.
This product is a new synthetic material with unsaturated resin as the matrix, light calcium carbonate as the filler, glass fiber reinforcement, and a variety of additives and pigments mixed evenly. It is pressed by 350-ton and 500-ton presses. Due to the reasonable formula, process, easy molding and low molding shrinkage, high dimensional accuracy, good processing performance and other characteristics, the product has good electrical insulation, flame retardancy and mechanical strength, good thermal insulation and heat dissipation performance, and can be used for various disinfection work. It is light weight, smooth, non-corrosive, easy to install, and has an anti-slip layer. The price is cheap and other advantages. It is an ideal slatted floor in the future.
1. High strength: The product uses high-grade cement and reasonably matches several concrete additives to make the concrete strength reach C40 or above. Its performance has the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-penetration; the steel mesh is welded point by point using welding technology to increase the load-bearing capacity of the slatted board. The total load-bearing capacity of each board is 1,000 kg, and each single bar bears 400 kg (referring to the large-hole board). When installing, you only need to support the four corners of the board.
2. Water saving: The spatial size of the slatted board is reasonably designed, the corners of the holes are arc-shaped, which does not hurt the pig's trotters. The holes are small at the top and large at the bottom, forming a trapezoidal shape, and the slatted effect is good. Basically, no water is needed for flushing, which saves manpower and money. More importantly, it reduces the burden on sewage treatment.
3. Increase economic benefits: Animal houses built with cement slatted boards can effectively control the temperature, temperature, and harmful gases in the pig house.
