Bulldozer torque converter is a transmission device using hydraulic transmission, which is mainly used to improve the bulldozer's running smoothness and riding comfort. The torque converter transmits power through the movement of liquid in a closed space to generate liquid force, and achieves stepless adjustment of speed according to different ways of fluid transmission.
The torque converter is composed of pump wheel, turbine, guide wheel and hydraulic coupler. The pump wheel and turbine constitute the torque transfer system of the torque converter, the guide wheel is used to control the flow direction and transfer mode of the hydraulic force, and the hydraulic coupler is the main connector of the torque converter.
